Montreal, Quebec, Canada
I'm a senior technology leader based in Montreal with an M.Sc.A. in Software Engineering and more than 25 years of experience in IT and software development. For over 15 years, I've led high-performing technology teams, built innovative products and software solutions, and helped organizations turn strategic objectives into successful technology initiatives. I'm fully bilingual, with French as my native language and fluency in both French and English.
My experience spans technology strategy, software engineering, product development, digital transformation, and organizational leadership. I bring a pragmatic, business-focused approach to consulting, combining deep technical expertise with executive leadership to help organizations make sound technology decisions, build stronger teams, and deliver meaningful results.
I've worked extensively in the financial sector, leading the delivery of IT solutions for organizations including Desjardins, TD, and National Bank. I've also led software development in the supply chain sector.
I've also led the development of a GIS platform and the implementation of custom solutions built on it for a diverse range of private and public-sector organizations, including Nestlé, the City of Montreal, Rogers, INSPQ, CDPQ Infra, MTQ, the Port of Montreal, Stade de France, Oi Telecom, and more than 400 Canadian municipalities and regional county municipalities.
My approach combines strategic thinking, technical depth, and a strong focus on people and collaboration. I bring extensive hands-on expertise in software architecture and development, SDLC, SaaS, Cloud, and DevSecOps, along with the leadership experience needed to turn complex technology challenges into scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
My M.Sc.A. research focused on pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) survivors, applying AI, computer vision, and neuroscience to brain MRI imaging to better understand the long-term effects of treatment. This experience strengthened my ability to approach complex problems through research, data, and emerging technologies.
I'm a geek at heart, and I'm always tinkering with personal projects and exploring new technologies. A few of these projects are featured on my Projects page.
Outside of client work, I volunteer as a mentor with Academos, helping students explore careers in software development, quality assurance, and IT management.
I'm also a founding member and moderator of Le Club des 150 minutes on Facebook, and an active moderator of Les Trippeux de randonnée, one of the largest hiking groups, which I helped grow from 10k to more than 330k members. When I'm not hiking, I'm usually behind a camera — you can find some of my photos on Instagram.
